Adoption GuArantee & Refund/Return Policy

1. Health Guarantee

Every puppy adopted from me comes with a 30-day health guarantee from the date of delivery or pickup.

This guarantee covers:

• Congenital or hereditary conditions that significantly impact the puppy’s quality of life

• Conditions diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within the 30-day period

What to do if you have a concern:

1. Contact me immediately

2. Schedule a veterinary examination

3. Provide me with the veterinary report

4. I will work with you on next steps

2. What Is Not Covered

This guarantee does not cover:

• Minor conditions that resolve with treatment (e.g., kennel cough, minor digestive issues)

• Injuries sustained after adoption

• Behavioral issues that arise from training or environmental factors

• Conditions that result from neglect or improper care

3. Refund Policy

If a health issue covered by my guarantee is confirmed by a veterinarian, I will offer:

• A partial refund of the adoption fee (minus reasonable expenses), OR

• A replacement puppy from a future litter (subject to availability)

4. Cooling-Off Period

I do not offer a “cooling-off” or “buyer’s remorse” refund. Adopting a puppy is a serious commitment. I encourage you to ask all questions, meet the puppy virtually, and review health records before finalizing your adoption.

5. Dispute Resolution

If we cannot resolve a health-related dispute, I will work in good faith to find a fair outcome for you and the puppy.
