2. Adoption Services

Lexpets is a breeder of American Akitas based in Rapid City, South Dakota. I facilitate direct adoptions between my kennel and families. All adoption agreements are between you and me, the breeder.

3. Accuracy of Information

I make every effort to ensure that puppy profiles, health records, and all information on this site are accurate. I encourage you to ask questions and verify any information before finalizing an adoption.

4. Adoption Fees

Adoption fees are clearly disclosed before you submit an application. There are no hidden charges.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information in your adoption application. You agree to communicate directly with me regarding pickup, transport, and ongoing care.

6. Limitation of Liability

I am committed to raising healthy, well-tempered Akitas. However, I am not liable for issues that arise from improper care, neglect, or circumstances beyond my control after adoption.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota.

8. Changes to Terms

I may update these terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates when changes were made.
